As oil prices -- Western Canadian Select specifically -- head for ZERO, global production continues to ramp up. Many analysts now predict the price of Canadian oil will go negative. Over supply is already reality and the problem now is finding places to store all the excess production. Farmers will of course benefit from lower fuel prices when it comes to operations and shipping. But could landowners, pipeline landowners in particular, have an opportunity to get into the oil storage business? What do you think?
