Canada's politically driven paralysis of the energy and energy transport industries is creating opportunities for Alaska in Asia.

Ottawa used the National Energy Board to kill off Northern Gateway, and a hostile political environment in BC helped kill LNG in that province.

Canadian investors, landowners, and companies have the right to build pipelines to export oil and gas.  Unfortunately, the property rights required to do so are not recognized in this country.
