CAEPLA has worked for decades to establish landowner-approved safety standards for pipelines.

But pipeline construction in Canada has largely been paralyzed.

Not only is this costing the Canadian economy hundreds of BILLIONS, but rail shipments have exploded.

Which means two things:  safety is compromised because rail cars are inherently less safe than pipe and there is a shortage of safe cars...and farmers face incredible backlogs when trying to move grain and other produce to market.
